Stanley Joseph Kulmaczewski, age 96, died January 22, 2018. Raised during the Great Depression, Stanley joined the Civilian Conservation Corp as a teenager. He joined the Army at the beginning of World War Two and earned the Bronze Star fighting in the Ardennes of Europe during the Battle of the Bulge. After the war, he moved his young family of three sons to Germany and subsequently served during the Korean conflict. Stanley finished his military career stationed at Fort Sill Army Base in Lawton, Oklahoma. His cremated remains are to reside within the Wildlife Refuge of Lawton, Oklahoma as he had requested.
He is preceded in death by his sons Roger Colyer and Tommy Kulmaczewski. He is survived by his wife Darldean Kulmaczewski of Greenwood, Arkansas, his son David (Karen) Kulmaczewski and grandsons Joseph and John Kulmaczewski of Fort Worth, Texas.
